Privacy Policy

Your privacy is fundamental to what Diamo is. We built this tool for self-knowledge, not surveillance. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

1. Who We Are

Diamo is an AI-powered unified profiling tool operated by Polsia, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). We generate personalized archetype reports by combining astrology, numerology, MBTI, and Enneagram data.

2. Data We Collect

When you use Diamo, we collect:

Identity: Your first name and email address
Birth data: Date of birth, place of birth, and optionally time of birth (used for astrological and numerological calculations)
Quiz answers: Your responses to 10 personality questions (used to estimate your MBTI and Enneagram profile)
Known personality data (optional): If you already know your MBTI type or Enneagram number, you may provide them to improve accuracy
Feedback: Star ratings and written feedback you voluntarily submit after receiving your report
Usage data: Page views and basic interaction events (used for product improvement, no personal identifiers sold)

We do not collect: financial information (handled by Stripe), social media profiles, or any data you haven't explicitly provided.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Generate your personalized archetype report (the core purpose of Diamo)
Send your report and optional follow-up emails to the address you provided
Improve the accuracy of our AI models and profiling engine
Respond to your support requests or data deletion requests

We never use your data to serve advertisements, build behavioral profiles for third parties, or sell it to anyone — ever.

4. Payments

All payments for paid reports (Essential and Deep Dive) are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-compliant payment processor. Diamo never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions: stripe.com/privacy.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Polsia (hosted on Render, with Neon PostgreSQL databases). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

Birth data and personal information are stored in their original form to enable report generation. We do not encrypt individual data fields at rest beyond standard database security, but your data is never exposed to unauthorized parties.

6. Data Sharing

We share your data with:

Anthropic (Claude API): Your birth data and quiz answers are sent to Anthropic's AI models to generate your report. Anthropic processes this data per their privacy policy but does not retain it for training purposes (API data policy applies).
Stripe: Email and purchase information for payment processing.
Astrological APIs: Birth coordinates are sent to astrology calculation services to generate your natal chart data.

No other data sharing occurs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & Privacy Rights)

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
Deletion: Request that your data be permanently deleted from our systems
Correction: Request that inaccurate data be corrected
Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
Object: Object to specific processing of your data

EU and UK residents have these rights under GDPR. California residents have these rights under CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email us at diamo@un1ty.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account and reports are active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data (usage statistics without personal identifiers) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Diamo uses minimal tracking:

localStorage: We store your language preference and submission ID locally in your browser to restore your session.
Session tracking: Anonymous page view events are recorded for product analytics. No cross-site tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party analytics that track you across websites.

10. Email Communications

By providing your email, you consent to receive:

Your archetype report and any paid reports you purchase
A follow-up feedback request (one email, 3 days after completion)
Product updates if you opted into the Oracle waitlist

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

11. Children's Privacy

Diamo is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at diamo@un1ty.dev.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to active users. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
